Judi Phillips is the best! She helped our family find our perfect home and was was great to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area & different neighborhoods, is super sharp and detail oriented, thorough and professional, all while really listening and giving us great advice. Judi was fantastic in finding us a tenant to rent our house. Within 2 days of listing our property we had a tenant. Her follow up and expertise were very much appreciated. And the tenants could not have been any better. We will list with Judi again this year.

Judi's work ethic is second to none, navigating the market in Charlotte, NC has been very hectic, but she has given us valuable knowledge and guidance throughout the process. Her main goal is to make sure you find the correct house that fits your family, more importantly than anything else! We highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Charlotte area.

Judi Phillips has been a pleasure to work with. She navigated us through the whole process of searching for and buying our new home with honesty, professionalism and an outstanding knowledge of the area. In 2017 we bought 3 houses with Judi Phillips assistance. We met Judi when she was the listing agent on a property we were interested in. When that house did not pan out for us, we hired Judi "the day after". She is a great real estate professional - she knows the market, she is a skill full negotiator. And for us she has been a "one stop shop", as she also helped finding contractors and renters for our properties . We even ended up consulting with her on remodeling plans. Although my experience with her is as a buying broker, if I were to sell a home in this area, without any hesitation I would contract Judi to manage the listing.
